Cài đặt và chọn "install manually without using the internet", nhập "file installation key" với key: 38699-60149-36808-21840-05491
sử dụng file "license_standalone.dat" để active.

Bản 2012b:
Chạy file 'setup.exe' để cài đặt , chọn 'Install without using the Internet',
nhập serial: 23809-26556-08469-31324
Chọn 'Custom install' để chọn thành phần bạn muốn. Bỏ chọn 'MATLAB Distributed Computing Server 6.1' nếu bạn không sử dụng MDCE.
Activate với file 'matlab2012b_std.dat' trong thư mục [email protected]
